1. Introduction

This website (https://fastparts.be) is jointly operated by two companies that share a common customer and order database. Both companies are joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR) for the processing of your personal data on this website:

Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted),

Payment data: processed via our payment provider Mollie; we do

not store your full card or bank details ourselves

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device data, cookies

6. Sharing with third parties

Payment provider: Mollie

Shipping partners: DPD, GLS, DHL

Web analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited)

These providers process your data solely on our behalf and are contractually required to comply with the GDPR. We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Our website and data are hosted on a server located within the European Union. Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States; this transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

Marketing cookies: not currently used; if this changes, this

policy will be updated and your consent requested

You give this consent voluntarily, for example via a checkbox during checkout or account registration, and may withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, or via info@fastparts.be.

If you are already a customer, we may, based on our legitimate interest (“soft opt-in”), inform you about similar products or services unless you have opted out. You may object to this at any time, free of charge.

We use the email marketing tool Brevo for this purpose; this processor processes your data solely on our behalf, in accordance with the GDPR.
